The A’s to Z’s of Just Looking at Ourselves
X - eXuberance

Thank you for gracing me with the literary flexibility to talk about “eXuberance.”  Webster’s defines it as abundance; to be joyously unrestrained and enthusiastic about life. Dorthea Brande says, “All that is necessary to break the spell of inertia and frustration is this: Act as if it were impossible to fail.” All great achievements begin with a grander vision than the appearances at hand. We need to believe that what is within us is more real, alive and valuable than anything the outside world displays. The more good we find, the more good will find us. When we keep our heads above fear and dwell in the highest consciousness of good and possibilities, we turn every event into a stepping stone to mastery. We have to start listening to how we speak about our lives because the stories we keep repeating will keep repeating in our experience. Let’s turn troubles into challenges, problems into projects, crisis’s into opportunities and setbacks into ways to set ourselves up to succeed.

Life’s difficulties can be turned into opportunities for growth. Instead of fighting what seems to be blocking our path, we can pivot and make it our ally. To solve our difficulties, we must stand on higher ground, just look at ourselves and then, we’ll see the big picture. Whatever happens we can practice trusting the resourcefulness of divine intelligence. We can choose to view whatever life delivers as working out in our favor even when we don’t see how it will. Good finds us through many different paths. As spiritual beings, it’s the spirit of what we do that determines how fulfilled we’ll be. When we put fear, self pity and poverty thoughts aside, we become conduits for money, energy and success.  When we focus on lack and smallness, we decrease our ability to see solutions. Access to previously unavailable resources opens up when we view them through the lens of eXuberance.

We prime the pump of our consciousness by giving freely. In turn, the universe gives freely back to us. When we experience abundance, the universe sends more. When we feel prosperous, we attract more prosperity. The reciprocal relationship that we have with the universe is also known as the law of circulation. Moving wealth out, moves wealth in. What we give comes back to us creating a natural flow of good. Let’s focus on the essence of what we want rather than dictating the size, shape and color. Let’s hold a vision of the qualities in a relationship or job that we desire. We then stimulate financial rewards, passionate work and co-workers we enjoy.  Satisfaction for all parties occurs when money is received from someone who gives willingly with appreciation for the goods and services rendered. When we fight over money, we may get the funds but we also receive the dark energy surrounding the interaction. Our attitude about money is more important than the transactions themselves. Money is a life force that can be a curse or a blessing. When in doubt – give!

People with a lot of money who give very little have less invested than someone who has a little money, but in the faith of abundance, gives it all. They trust that what they give with a loving heart will return to them ten fold. Let’s have eXuberant faith that we deserve abundance, unconditional love, vibrant health, happiness, peace and joy. Now, let’s watch our dreams come true. Please write to Dr. Sandy Islands at sandyislands@hawaii.rr.com
